ADMISSION  NOTICE  FOR RAILWAY AND  NON – RAILWAY CANDIDATES.

FOR CLASS PRE PRIMARY AND CLASS – I

ACADEMIC SESSION : 2024-25

Applications are invited in prescribed format for admission under CBSE curriculum in Class –Pre Primary and Class – I from the Railway and Non- Railway candidates for the academic session 2024-25 as per norms laid down by the Personnel Branch, N.F. RAILWAY.

 

Necessary information:

 

1. Application forms must be collected from school itself.
2. Cost of the application form: Nil
3. Date & Time of distribution of Application form : 19/02/2024 to 27/02/2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM (Except Sunday)
4. Date & Time of submission of Application form : 20/02/2024 to 28/02/2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM (Except Sunday). No application will be received after due date and time.
5. Age Limit: For Pre-Primary: 5 years to less than 6 years i.e candidate must born between 01.04.2018 to 31.03.2019 both dates are included. For Class – I : 6 years to less than 7 years i.e. candidate must born between 01.04.2017 to 31.03.2018 both dates are included.
6. if seats are available after admission of Railway wards, admission of Non-Railway Candidates will be made upon approval of competent Railway authority.
7. Mere submission of application does not guarantee of admission to any class. Admission of non-railway candidates are taken through lottery upon satisfying of eligibility criteria after scrutiny of application forms.
8. Process of admission follows rules, regulations and principles of Govt. and Decision of authority in this regard is final.

Application forms will be available from Sri Ramapati Bit (PRT) and Sri Samit Kumar Bhattacharjee (PRT) on producing original Birth Certificate of the candidate.
